Senior Global Mobility Specialist

DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to make our team even stronger!

If you are an experienced specialist with a background in Travel, Management, International Law, or/and have experience working in international companies, embassies, consulates, international missions, IT companies and not only, we will be glad to consider you for this role!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• International and domestic relocations including handling of complex non-standard situations (difficult relocation & immigration cases)
• Provide support for cases caused by changes in the employee's employment conditions
• Residence permit extensions and renewal cases handling (if applicable)
• Responsible for at least one destination  
• Perform quality work within deadlines with and without direct supervision 
• Advise on coordination and legalization of documents
• Cooperation of work with the vendor (hosting regular calls with immigration providers, verification and payment of invoices, establish communication)
• Presentation of the destination (presentations, webinars, workshops)
• Communication with all stakeholders for destination
• Leading a team who helps to support the destination(s); responsible for knowledge transfer for the destination

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of work experience, preferably (but not necessarily) in Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, Travel
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement when needed                                                        
• Ability to negotiate and effectively solve problems                                               
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative                                 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills                                                      
• Resilience and willingness to work in a deadline-driven, flexible schedule environment       
• Proven proactiveness in handling assignments and streamlining workflow     
• Ability to successfully cooperate with various stakeholders to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills                                                                            
• Strong customer focus and ability to use in practice service excellence principles                                                                                                 
• Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Skype)                                                                             
• Completed University degree
