Senior M&A Revenue Analyst

DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Lead Revenue Compliance Analyst for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.
 
The Senior M&A Revenue Analyst will be responsible for the integration of newly acquired by EPAM companies into internal processes and control environment related to the Revenue business cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of Acquired companies’ integration into EPAM Revenue cycle processes and controls                                                                                   
• Identify risky areas in the Acquired companies’ Revenue cycle processes and determine risk mitigation action plan                                                                             
• Analysis of newly acquired companies’ customers contracts and determination of revenue accounting approach under US GAAP (ASC 606)
• Communication to newly acquired companies’ management the required changes in accounting policies and processes
• Interaction with finance department to ensure all opening balances and accounting transactions performed before integration date are accurately reflected in EPAM accounting system
• Communicate with auditors and internal team to ensure successful and smooth audits of Acquired companies’ Revenue related transactions

REQUIREMENTS

• DipIFR/ACCA or similar certification                                  
• High level of knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP 
• Good understanding of financial statements and journal entries
• Fluent English
• Highly detail-oriented, possess proven organizational and analytical skills, and be able and willing to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of SOX controls
• Audit experience is an advantage
