DESCRIPTION

Our client is US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven experts in areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment, and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations.  Currently, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer for Scientific Engineering Team.

?A candidate should be ready to work 14 – 23 Kyiv time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, code, test and debug complex software operating on spatial data sets while developing new functionality, and enhancing existing functionality, in order to satisfy customer requirements, both internal and external. Work includes developing detailed specifications from which applications will be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged
• Define scope and develop testing methods, collaborating with QA team and other developers. Work with QA team to improve all levels of testing efforts, developing and enhancing testing methods and processes
• Support, maintain and document software functionality

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of overall C++ engineering experience with a team
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS (knowledge of MS SQL Server or MySQL would be a plus)
• Expertise in APIs, Web Services, JSON, REST
• Knowledge of C# and Python would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science would be a plus
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both verbal and written (B1+)
