Assistant to Account Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a qualified Assistant to Account Operations Manager to make our EPAM team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages;
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing;
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis;
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks;
• Preparation of financial and management reports;
• Regular calls with management staff;
• Permanent control of internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of relevant experience (IT sphere will be a plus);
• Excellent spoken and written English (at least upper-intermediate level);
• Completed higher economic education;
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications;
• Experience in preparing status dashboards, presentations, financial and business analytics;
• Proactivity and creative approach to problem-solving;
• Analytical and critical thinking;
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VBA).
• Attention to details;
• Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team;
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines;
• Experience of working abroad or for international companies is a plus.
