SQL and .NET Application Support Developer

DESCRIPTION 

Our client is US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven experts in areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations.

We are looking for an experienced key developer to drive legacy application support, investigation, and data corrections to meet customer's SLAs in a team of three developers in Kyiv. Main purpose of the application is to provide US companies and individual appraisers functionality to request and perform some properties (houses, flats, apartments) appraisal evaluation and reporting. There are variety of flow supported by application: Orders creation, Duplicate Check, Auto Assignment of Appraisers, Reviews, Exception Management, Vendor/Customer Management, Processor Management & Assignment, UCDP, Review Workflow, LOS/3rd Party Integrations, Data Extractions/ Transfer.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Solid knowledge and experience of MS SQL Server (CRUD, stored procedures, functions, triggers)
• Expertise in reading and writing C#
• General knowledge of ASP.NET WebForms
• General understanding of Windows Services
• Desire to communicate with customer to understand application better and with clients to get more information about issue or provide its status
• Strong troubleshooting skills (reading legacy code logic, understanding what it does, finding how it worked for PROD)
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
• ITIL, support processes understanding would be a plus
• Tolerance for some non-frequent (5h per month) paid overtime work
