Currently we're searching for Java developer to run performance monitoring and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Java and J2EE development experience
• Proficiency in Spring framework
• Experience and desire to work with performance monitoring and optimization
• NewRelic or other APM
• Understanding how profiling \ sampling works
• Knowledge of JVM Internals, GarbageCollection, Concurrency.
• Understanding what CPU usage is, Cache effects, Memory Allocations, GC pressure, Locks, I/O, Threads states
• Understanding of application design
• Experience with WebServices (REST, SOAP)
• JMS
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Scala on basic level
• Flexibility in changing environment
• Good communications, spoken and written English
• Fast learner
