Office Maintenance Manager (Team Lead)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Property management
• Office space management (planning, support)
• Engineering systems maintenance (HVAC, water, electricity, SCS, video surveillance, antifire security)
• Supply (stationary, furniture, foods, cleaning materials, catering, marketing equipment/ materials)
• Office maintence: repair, cleaning, help desk
• Asset management: equipment, furniture etc
• Reporting/Analytics
• Cost management
• Budget control
• BCP management
• Overall control of property and maintenance in UA teams - all cities

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in leading a team
• Confident PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet) and office equipment
• Ability to follow, understand, and enhance a defined business administration process
• Ability to read, understand and design high-quality process-related documentation; ability to design guidelines, identify/set tasks
• Expected to be self-managing, take responsibility for a projects
• Ability to share learning or enable process improvement
• Proactive attitude in identifying issues at the earliest opportunity and in responding to potential problems
• Must be a role model for colleagues; creates deliverables in high quality
• Good command of English
