Senior API Technical Writer

On this role, you will Document all technical API onboarding requirements, standardize API descriptions to assist with technical adoption of API capabilities.

Deliverables:

• Description of capabilities (priority 2019 first)
• What is available now and roadmap
• Types of use cases they serve
• How to adopt the capability - instructions, pre-requisites, limitations etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in creating targeted API documentation
• Experience with GIT or similar source code control system
• Experience with CMS systems
• Experience with XML (DITA) or Markdown language
• Experience with any advanced authoring software (Adobe RoboHelp, FrameMaker, InDesign, MadCap Flare, etc.)
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• English: B2+ or higher, both written and spoken
• Experience in creating UML/BPMN diagrams
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Attention to details and quality of the deliverables
• Knowledge of JDocs, Swagger, or similar documentation generating software would be a plus
• Available examples that prove competencies would be a plus
