Responsibilities:
-provide a wide range of organizational support to HR team and business;
maintain the update of all personal data of employees;
-control the absences, quotas, for all employees of the company, support the work of Absence Management System;
- provide the necessary reports to the relevant government agencies;
- support the calculation of benefits, be responsible for the accuracy of data;
- support the process of employees awarding;
- preparation of documents for benefits and other compensations, provision of different kinds of reports;
- preparation of staffing lists;
- support the process of insurance (medical, life and critical illness);
- support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR department on position of HR Administrator, HR Service, Compensation&Benefit;
- strong analytical skills and attention to details;
- can do attitude and result oriented approach;
- excellent consumer orientation skills;
- SAP,Excel.
