Department Assistant

A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Department Assistant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting documents, preparing presentations
• Conducting research for various department projects
• Providing full administrative assistance to the department
• Coordinating arrangements of internal meetings & preparing materials for the meetings/conferences

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Master Degree or Student of 5-6th year
• English - Upper Intermediate
• Advanced MS Office User
• Analytical skills and attentiveness to details
• Work experience in a similar role would be a benefit
