A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist (6 months project).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent acquisition: leading a full cycle recruitment, which includes determining position requirements, searching, selecting, interviewing, preparing job offer and hiring, for various sales force, factory and admin roles;
- On-boarding: supporting newcomers throughout their on-boarding period;
- Assisting in internal assessment centers organization and other employees assessment activities;
- Employer Branding: delivering internship programs, building strong cooperation with the leading universities and students organizations, promoting PMI as a top employer.
- Participate in other relevant HR projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Previous experience in recruitment (recruitment agency or in-house HR),
- English - Intermediate level.
- Drive for results, customer focus, communication skills, project management skills, quick learner
