What you'll be doing

• Conduct in-depth markets research and find market/ consumer insights for generating breakthrough creative solutions for our clients.
• Be an expert and internal advisor on all types of available research methodologies: quantitative, qualitative, tech solutions for analytics & insights.
• Lead a team of analysts, oversee research projects for clients of OPG agencies.
• Monitor, research and localize global research tools that would help advance our strategic solutions and research capabilities.
• Support our thought leadership by discovering, following and initiating research in focus areas of interest
• Conduct global market Trendswatching - keep track of global market trends, new practices and approaches to evaluate business outcomes of marketing activity
• Hold quarterly education sessions for One Philosophy team as part of Wednesday learning session series.

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience in analytics and research, market analysis (experience with international markets is considered an advantage);
• Experience in research design
• Business acumen, experience in business development 
• Ability to spot trends in data, with the ability to drill down to the details as well as see the big picture and provide broader, bigger brand implications;
• Excellent knowledge of quantitative, qualitative research methodologies, research technologies and analytic tools, AI/machine-learning tools.
• People management experience would be an advantage;
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Higher education
• Positive mindset, planning and prioritization skills, proactive, excellent communication skills, resilience, correspondence to company values (courage, being human, excellence, optimism, openness, meaning);
