Business Analyst

Our Business Analyst are the drivers behind our continued growth and success. We’re currently searching for an experienced professional who will be the primary source of requirements and supplementary information needed to deliver high quality solutions to the customers.

Objectives of this Role

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify unexpressed/nonstandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data and translate the information received to prototypes
• Obtain and document business objectives and business requirements functional and non-functional for the solutions developed and delivered to a customer
• Create and implement precise management plans business requirements for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, development, security) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams

General business analyst skills:

• 3+ years of business analyst and requirements analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of requirements management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge of requirements documenting methods and formats
• Proven analytical abilities and highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation, user stories and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in writing technical specifications
• Experience in building diagrams based on BPMN notation
• Understanding the principles of building diagrams using UML notation will be a plus
• Experience with Axure or other similar solutions will also be preferable
• Understanding of UX principles and ability to prototype (Axure, UXpin, Balsamiq etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of the types of solution architecture
