We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly and result-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. You will be responsible for a full circle of HR processes and will be working closely with each member in our amazing team.
Provide full circle of HR service to the teams including adaptation, 1-1 meetings, onboarding, team reviews, performance appraisal, training & development, retention tools;
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures;
Assist in administering benefits and compensations;
Respond to organizational changes, employees' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee's challenges;
Taking care of the office environment, checking if all necessary goods are present.
Qualifications and skills :
Proven 1+ year previous experience as a HR Generalist/People Partner or a solid background in HR;
Minimum the Upper-Intermediate Level of English;;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Desire to work and make decisions autonomously;
Exceptional organizational and conflict management skills;
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills;
Great desire to work with people;
Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
