3Shape is looking for an experienced CRM Functional Consultant to work in our Kyiv office.

As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will join an international team and be working closely with the CRM Program Manager to design, build and implement a new sales process flow, which will be rolled out globally during 2020 and 2021.

The project stakeholders will range from Senior Management to field sales reps, so it is important that you are able communicate and take the user perspective from all types of users.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Design and document process flows within Marketing, Sales & Customer Support
• Consult with internal CRM process owners to identify business issues, objectives and priorities relevant to the CRM solution and present best practice suggestions for resolution
• Write development specifications and help coordinating development tasks with CRM architect and CRM developers

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• Intermediate to advanced experience with Dynamics CRM
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
