Community Manager / Social Media Manager (SMM)

We are looking for a Community Manager (remote) to help us boost social media presence, develop and implement SMM strategy + tactics, and build relationships with influencers.

We are producers of bags and backpacks, which makes us a fashion brand, well kind of :)

Our products are sold in the US and Australia.

We need a scrupulous, attentive person, with a creative mind and great taste! Who is also able to communicate freely in English with customers, influencers, and other stakeholders.

This is a remote full-time job.

We are working in different time zones (USA, China, Ukraine), but the main market is the US, so you’ll schedule all your posts using PDT time zone. Our regular schedule is flexible, 8 hours daily, 5 days a week.

Main responsibilities:

• Community management (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, Amazon Posts) that includes writing engaging content and yes you can use ChatGPT
• Customer Support (reply to all messages and comments on social media)
• Influencer Outreach (support current relationships, find new, communicate, sign agreements, send our products, control that all agreed conditions are fulfilled, track results, rinse and repeat)
• Conduct photo/video sessions (book studios, find models, give instructions to our photographer/videographer, oversee postproduction)
• Photo/Video Editing (small edits like enhance brightness or clip a part of a video for Youtube Shorts)
• Create and implement SMM strategy, tactics, content plan
• Research of our TA
• Launch ads (only if necessary, to boost posts, not to create separate ads)
• Guest posting/linkbuilding
• Track, analyze, and report results of all activities
• Study constantly and offer new ways to improve our social media presence

Knowledge and skills required:

• Written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher is a must)
• Photoshop (preferably but any photo editor will do)
• Google Analytics will be an advantage
• Basic PPC skills will be an advantage
• Canva or equivalent
• Excel / Google Sheets, Google Docs active user
• At least 1 year of previous experience in SMM/ Digital Marketing / Branding
• Desire to study and self-develop professionally & personally (we can purchase any online courses for you when necessary)
• Responsible and accountable for taking actions
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL (we hate micromanagement and do not want to check each and every task you do so you’d better do it yourself)
• Proactive
• Self-organized
• Sense of humor (we do like a good laugh!)

What we offer:

• Base salary is 28000 UAH (pegged to USD) + bonuses based on KPIs performance (quarterly, annual)

• Translate a piece of text (UA to ENG)
• Analyze SMM accounts and give your feedback
• Interview via Zoom
