Bookkeeper

A leading Israeli outsourced accounting firm, operating since 1997, is looking for bookkeepers to join our Kiev team and provide prime services to our clients: multinational, startups, and high-tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary documentation accounting
• Journal entries
• Accounts reconciliation – banks, credit cards, suppliers, clients
• Monthly closing the books.
• Assistant to Senior accountant and Accounting Manager. 

Requirements and person specification:

• University or college degree in a quantitative discipline subject (business administration, accounting, economics, finance)
• Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting profession
• English — spoken and written with the level that allows to work with English speaking customers 
• Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiarity and experience with accounting tools like SAP/Quickbooks (will be considered an advantage)
• Attentive to details, accurate, able to work with huge volume of information
• Analytical mind, self-organized, result-oriented and initiative person
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills 
• Teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
