As the Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our talented writers, ensuring their success and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. YOUR IMPACT:

• Occasionally handle writing assignments such as emails and landing page copy when writers are unavailable.
• Delegate writing tasks to team members and maintain clear communication with them.
• Review the work of writers, ensuring it aligns with project briefs and requirements.
• Edit and refine written content as needed after writers have completed their assignments.
• Expand the team by recruiting skilled writers and proofreaders.
• Develop detailed briefs to guide writers in their assignments.
• Conduct research on writing resources, as well as stay updated on the latest news in copywriting and marketing.

ABOUT YOU:

• English level - near native (you lived or studied abroad, speak English on a daily basis, consume media in English).
• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Online certificates are a bonus.
• Proven experience in writing/editing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
