We are looking for a Sales Manager who is energized by the challenge of shaping the future of our business; you have entrepreneurial DNA, can handle ambiguity, and you can improvise and implement process when needed. You are solutions-oriented, have a positive outlook, a growth mindset, and are driven by a desire to change logistics for the better.
You will directly impact the success of VanOnGo. Joining the BizDev team, you will be driving our partnership base and ensuring the success of our business.


• At least 2 years of experience in business development and/or sales.
• Fluent English and Russian language.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated success in generating new customer leads and building a business.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Startup spirit, product thinking.


• Build partnerships with the best companies interested in cooperating with VanOnGo.
• Develop, establish and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the territory.
• Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our partners.
• Participate in all sales activities and attend meetings.

Would be a plus:

• Fluent German language.
• Experience in CRM systems.
