IT Communication Manager

We are strengthening our central management team and are looking for communicative and service-oriented candidates. In this position you will help us to position Raif’s IT as one of the top attractive employers for IT talent in Ukraine. What you can expect: 

• Establish Raif’s IT brand and maintain communication through all internal/external channels (incl. social media) 

• Develop together with Marketing Department campaigns to attract IT talent 

• Plan, organize and execute all IT specific communication (events, conferences, newsletters, events, job fairs, social media) 

What you bring to the table: 

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing/PR and/or Media/Communications 

• Tech savvy personality, experience working with IT industry, start-ups and fintechs as a plus 

• Practical experience in managing campaigns in social media and online tools 

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills 

• Very good command of English (upper-intermediate or higher) 

• Readiness to go the extra mile
