We are looking for a data-driven, dynamic, high-performing Head of Customer Support with experience selling 1+ years within the high-risk sector. Head of Customer Support is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within support, VIP and AWOL managers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and sales. The Head of Customer Support works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Customer Support, and Product Management and Finance teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
