 Main Responsibilities:

• Supports all aspects of employee relations management, counsels management and employees on a day-to-day basis to prevent and solve employee related issues in coordination with other HR groups;
• Acts as HR Advisor providing management with guidance on company policies interpretation and application and necessary data and advice to help management decisions on different people related issues;
• Develops and delivers effective communication to employees on the HR related processes, programs and activities;
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and HR policies and procedures;
• Coordinates medical insurance and work permit issues;
• Supports continual improvement of HR services, customer oriented approach to serving management and employee needs.

 Requirements:
 

• 2+ years experience in the role of HR Generalist;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Law, relevant Civil Law Issues;
• Excellent knowledge of HR paperwork;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Excellent communication skills, friendly personality;
• Pro-active and organized;
• Accurate and attentive to details;
• Stress-resistant.
