The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join EY’s Recruitment and Employer Brand team in our Kyiv office. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a multinational company and communicate with all the EY local and worldwide offices, to have access to the accumulated knowledge, skills, experience, and approaches and share it with the clients and colleagues.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assisting with the recruiting tests' logistics
• Filling in EY recruitment databases in a timely and diligent manner and provide analytical insights upon request
• Assisting with organizing career fairs, presentations at the universities, organizing students contests, workshops, open door days, and other recruitment/employer brand events

Skills and attributes for success:

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• University degree in HR/ Economics/Linguistics or another related field (3-6 years of study)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, fluent Ukrainian, and Russian
• Analytical skills and good time management
• Result-oriented, proactive and responsible
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Relevant experience is a plus but not necessary
