HR Intern (Learning & Development and Wellness Program)
Responsibilities:
Learning
- Maintaining and updating entries into the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Downloading reports from the LMS
- Logistics support for various learning activities
- Gathering feedback for training sessions
- Processing payments for external vendors according to EY requirements
Wellness Program
- Generating and approving ideas for EY wellness program with Head of HR
- Organizing events in the framework of the wellness program
- Informing EY personnel about the wellness program activities on a regular basis
- Working with vendors and processing payments for the program events
- Preparing budget and tracking expenses for the program activities
Requirements:
- 0,5+ year of experience in HR is preferable but not obligatory;
- 4-6 year of study or recent graduate;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian and Russian;
- Excellent communication skills, friendly personality;
- Proactive and organized;
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
- Stress-resistant.
Work Schedule: Full-time
