HR Intern (Learning & Development and Wellness Program)

Responsibilities:

Learning

• Maintaining and updating entries into the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Downloading reports from the LMS
• Logistics support for various learning activities
• Gathering feedback for training sessions
• Processing payments for external vendors according to EY requirements

Wellness Program

• Generating and approving ideas for EY wellness program with Head of HR
• Organizing events in the framework of the wellness program
• Informing EY personnel about the wellness program activities on a regular basis
• Working with vendors and processing payments for the program events
• Preparing budget and tracking expenses for the program activities

Requirements:

• 0,5+ year of experience in HR is preferable but not obligatory;
• 4-6 year of study or recent graduate;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• Excellent communication skills, friendly personality;
• Proactive and organized;
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
• Stress-resistant.

Work Schedule: Full-time
