Human Resources Spesialist

ING Bank Ukraine is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will be a part of HR team in Ukraine. 

We are looking for a competent professional who is approachable, highly customer-oriented and willing to provide support.

Key responsibilities include, amongst others:

• Responsible for recruitment and onboarding process, close cooperation with hiring manager
• Keep HR system, employee`s files and Labor Books updated
• In close cooperation with external provider ensure proper execution of payroll, HR administration and ensure military administration compliance as per legislation.
• Ensure the correctness of regular reports
• Support employees on their requests
• Participate in a various company's initiatives connected with CSR and other social projects

Skills and qualification requirements:

• Higher education 
• 3+ years relevant work experience in human resources as HR Generalist/HR specialist in multinational companies
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian labour/ military legislation.
• Ukrainian, advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be a good team player with a strong customer service orientation with good relationship building capabilities.
• Should be highly creative, initiative, flexible.
• Must have excellent ability to pay attention to details, set priorities.
