Plant Quality Assurance Manager

At Coca-Cola HBC we are committed to highest quality & safety standards. Currently we are looking for Plant QA Manager to lead the team of professionals serving this purpose.

YOUR NEW ROLE IS ABOUT

• Ensuring that all plant level internal, external and legislative requirements and standards on food manufacturer self-control, product quality and food safety, packaging, Safety and Environmental standards; and production process and technology quality and food safety guidelines are met.
• Team management (team of 40 employees)
• Participation in QSE projects, Internal & External Audits, cross border audits, external supplier audits, etc;
• Exposure to Engineering (validation for a new  line installation), Maintenance (deep understanding of the Maintenance plan) & Logistics, considering the complaints coming from the market by knowing non conformity management. Part of team for  validation of process & product/ including packaging through Audit, RCA, Trend analysis & statists, microbiology study, line efficiency project, new product development & new product launch, DPMO improvement etc) as well as full Problem solving & Continuous Improvement 
• Experience in x-country /cross-functional projects/ group initiatives (TAM, H&S initiatives, etc) by leading or being part of  the project , having also to manage the relationship with the external suppliers (local authorities connections), group stakeholders and other departments
• Active participation or leading at Plant level in the QA incidents, including IMCR - collect data, check for root cause, identify trends in the analysis, communication with partners, propose solutions
• Budgeting including control of financial indicators, cost awareness & control
• Active participation in creating an “Always Ready” organization in the Plant by achieving best in sector Quality, Safety and Environmental performance
• QSE Ambassadorship at Plant level

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Degree in Food technologies\biology
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Production (ideally in more than one Plant or at least in more than one area from a single Plant) or specific projects related to those areas in order to have E2E process understanding and take the best decisions after assessing the risks
• People management experience
• Drinks|Food manufacturing technology and quality& safety requirements understanding and application
• Quality systems management; ISO, HACCP/HARPC, KORE, Process & equipment management
• Problem Solving &RCA, QFS & EHS Risk assessment & Risk mitigation
• Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental standards & regulative requirements, Microbiology, sensory and physico-chemical analyses and methods
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing and Maintenance processes
• English on Intermediate + level
