EVENT MANAGER

General requirements:

• Academic background
• At least 2 years experience in event/project management
• High degree of creativity and the ability to organize event/project from the beginning till the end
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
• Team-player, able to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• Computer proficiency: MS Office Standard, Internet, MS Outlook, Canva, Power Point 

Duties:

• Coordinate EBA Business and networking events (communication with suppliers, service providers, partners etc.)
• Develop new projects, events, business conferences and forums
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners and providers
• Developing EBA involvement in preparation of missions/events for external partners
• Arranging for quality locations, catering, translation and other accompanying services and negotiating prices for above services
• Prepare official letters, invitations, other documents
