Clovertech was founded in Ukraine, we are a team of experts in the entertainment and software development industry that works on producing and launching products based on modern technologies, data, and analytics.

We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our Clovertech Family.

What you will do

  • Be the focal point for all office running and administrative issues (coordination and management of office spaces, administrative support for employees, etc).
  • Supporting HR Team with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other people-related processes.
  • Supporting HR Team in preparing and delivering corporate communications/events (greetings, announcements, presentations, corporate events, celebrations, team building events, etc.).
  • Supporting organizational issues and internal activities: research, a collection of information, conducting employee surveys and providing the requested information, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Supporting and administration of internal company benefits.
  • Assisting in the development of corporate merch (managing contractors, monitoring availability, and providing merch to employees).
  • Managing supply providers, and keeping track of contracts and orders.

What you need

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding the specifics of the IT market and how IT companies work.
  • Proactive attitude with a Creative can-do mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good level of English (Intermediate or higher).
