Clovertech was founded in Ukraine, we are a team of experts in the entertainment and software development industry that works on producing and launching products based on modern technologies, data, and analytics.

We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our Clovertech Family.

What you will do

  • Consult and support company employees on working with software and office equipment
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting with office equipment and employees’ workstations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and employees’ workstations
  • Maintenance and adjustment of office equipment and staff workstations
  • Selection and procurement of office equipment and staff workstations
  • Selection, installation, and configuration of software required by employees to perform their work activities
  • Keeping inventory and issuing equipment to company employees
  • Maintain employee accounts for access to the corporate network of the company, issuing access to new employees
  • Communication with service centers and suppliers on warranty repairs
  • Monitoring basic information security requirements and consulting employees if needed

What you need

  • Install and configure the OS of the macOS, Linux Desktop (Ubuntu), Windows (7-10 desktop, 2k8-2k16 server) families
  • Install and configure the software necessary for the work of employees: OpenOffice, LibreOffice, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, a standard set of office software (browsers, chats, etc.)
  • Know the principles of wired and wireless networks and related services (TCP/IP, routing and switching, SNMP, VLAN, DHCP, VPN, Radius, 802.1x)
  • Work with equipment from Apple, Dell, HP, Mikrotik, TP-Link, D-Link (the list is not complete and will be based on your recommendations)
  • Have experience with managing massive software updates for the whole company (JAMF, Active Directory)
  • Know and follow the basic rules for information security
  • Quickly and easily solve technical problems
  • At least an intermediate level of English (mostly for written communication)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS
  • Experience in configuring active network equipment (routers and switches)
  • Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of video surveillance systems
  • Experience in managing and configuring Atlassian products installations (Jira, Confluence)
  • IT certificates (Cisco ICND, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Have an understanding of ITIL / ITSM
