IT Project Manager (Scrum)

Key tasks:

• Manage project lifecycle
• Run all Scrum events
• Communicate with product owner and lead developer to create backlog
• Create product documentation with the product owner
• Monitor and improve productivity of the team
• Manage project deadlines

Requirements:

• High level of English
• Strong experience with Scrum
• Leadership skills
• Flexibility, focus on results
• Good organization and planning skills
• Fast learner
• Experience with Atlassian / Jira
• Experience managing multiple projects or teams is a bonus
