We are a Ukrainian startup elKYC - a SaaS for real-time identity verification and onboarding (https://elkyc.com/). Our aim is to digitize the financial sector in order to make it possible for the end user to receive financial services online.

Unlike others, we’re starting our operations within our own country - Ukraine, where we've got a strong foundation and leading banks and fintech’s as potential customers. Further we’re planning to scale to the EU and Global. To make it possible we’ve got a highly experienced founding and advising teams. We’re also been backed by leading EU venture funds, accelerators and companies like Visa, Mastercard, Dragon Capital and others.

Currently we’re looking for a co-pilot to our CEO to fulfill the position of the Business Assistant. As the BA you will be at the helm with the CEO, learning from him and helping him run the business.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments of the CEO.

• Writing meeting minutes.

• Working with information: searching, analysing and presenting.

• Searching and comparing contractor conditions.

• Systematization and maintenance of data: staff, clients, contracts, corp information, etc.

• Leadgen LinkedIn.

• Assistance in HR topics (posting vacancies, intros for newcomers etc.)

• Working with presentations (preparation and updating).

• Preparation of invoices/acts of acceptance.

• Ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.

• Fluent English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

• Ability to search, structure and present information.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in project management.

• Understanding tech startups and passionate about it.
