HR Generalist (Ukrtower)

HR Generalist serves as a consultant on all issues related to Human Resources. Interacts with company employees at all levels. Assesses and forecasts needs in the field of human resources, participates in implementing the company's strategy.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Consults all employees providing HR Policy guidance and interpretation guidance when appropriate.
  2. Evaluates and forecasts business needs in the relevant field, participates in the implementation of the company's strategy.
  3. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
  4. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  5. Dismissal/Resignation process organization & documents management.
  6. Formal Inquiries and Informal Requests management.
  7. Prepares planned reporting for managers and internal reporting (Monthly +Ad Hoc).
  8. Сoordination of internal official documents management process.
  9. Job descriptions and functional descriptions creation and maintenance.
  10. Organizational Structure charts maintenance and update.
  11. Analysis of correspondence of organizational structure (expertize and functional responsibilities, workload and headcount) to business needs and relevant proposal of organizational structure effectiveness enhancement.

Assessment of professional activity and career management:

  1. Provides consultancy to managers and employees on targets setting, review and evaluation of achievements. Coordinates the evaluation process of employees' professional activities within respective functional groups.
  2. Coordinates the process of passing the probation period and controls achievements of targets for probation period.
  3. Manages requests for employees promotion and transfer, explores promotion / transfer capabilities to meet company needs and individual employee development plans.
  4. Provides rotation of employees according to line managers requests
  5. Checks the circumstances and performs downgrades.
  6. Implements solutions for low performance employees.

Recruitment:

  1. Performs search of candidates in line with the company needs, using different sources (media, internet, social networks etc).
  2. Contact candidates, arrange interviews, testing of candidates, check of recommendations. Provides feedback to candidates.
  3. Initiates/coordinates the process of introducing a new employee into a position, providing a working environment, etc.

Compensations & Benefits:

  1. Coordinates preparation and approval of Salary Confirmations for job offers/ promotions/transfers/rotations taking into account the analysis of the external market and internal rules and policies.
  2. Annual Job Position verification (Position Maps) with owners.
  3. Support to line managers within Annual Salary revision process and other cases of employee salary revision.
  4. C&B Consultancy and educational support to managers & employees.

Talent Management Activities:

  1. Participates in the development of programs for identifying, managing and developing talent within the company. Coordinates the implementation of such programs.
  2. Coordinates the process of successors planning to management positions.
  3. Coordinates the preparation process of individual plans of talents and successors by line managers. Provides consulting support to managers in implementing of development plans.

Other Coordinating HR Activities:

  1. HR budget administration.
  2. Interaction with HR colleagues from HQ Turkcell and HR lifecell in collaborative projects and on the exchange of experience.

Requirements:

Working experience:

  • 3-5 years in HR management (HR business partner, HR manager, etc.).
  • Appropriate similar (3-5 years) experience in other areas of business related to solving complex situations in the field of labor relations.
  • Experience in the relevant field is an advantage.

Language skills:

  • English - upper-intermediate +
  • Ukrainian - fluent

PC Skills:

  • MS Office, SAP, Performance Management System, 360 platform, BPMS system.

Specific knowledge:

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, employment laws.
