Associate (Commercial, Real Estate, Litigation Practices) / Юрист (практики комерційного права, нерухомості, судового процесу)

Kushnir, Yakymyak & Partners Law Firm is currently looking for candidates to occupy the vacant position of an Associate (Commercial, Real Estate, Litigation Practices).

Specialization:
Commercial, contracts, cross-border transactions, real estate, litigation, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration

Professional requirements: 

• Degree in law received from a top Ukrainian University
• Applicants with LL.M. degree from a Western University have an advantage
• Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST
• Applicants with excellent command of other foreign languages have an advantage
• Applicants with Attorney's Certificate have an advantage
• 2+ years on the position(s) of associate, in-house lawyer, solid experience in drafting contracts, structuring cross-border transactions, support during contracts signing and performance, legal memoranda and legal opinions, legal due dliligence reports, support in real estate development projects, experience in dispute resolution / litigation
• Perfect communication and client management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing and research skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong motivation and creativity
• Ability to work under pressure
