Customer Support Agent (Arabic, Indonesian)

Arabic and Indonesian customer support agents is required for an online computer games company.

We need someone who has:

• Experience from the computer industry and high level of computer understanding;
• Experience in online support by phone and email with a different online business that required an understanding of the Internet and computer world;
• Salary: $500;
• Compensation: $60 for lunches;
• Schedule shifts: 08:00—16:00 (morning shift), 16:00—00:00 (evening shift), 00:00 — 08:00 (night shift) — work from the office in Asia (Location — Atasehir).

Required skills:

• Fluent English is a must;
• Native Indonesian or Arabic language;
• Experience as a customer support (might be also from hotel or other fields);
• Patient and dedication to solve customers problems.
