We grow, and thus we are searching for one of the most influential people in the team — the Account Manager — a person who will be a single point of contact for our clients and create voice bots for them.

The scope of your activities will be as follows:

A lot of communication with our high-profile B2B clients, finding out their business needs, understanding how we can solve their problems with our tools, and teaching a bot to talk like a human person.

You will write scripts for bots, create them, train, and analyze their work to archive this.

Before each launch of the bot, you will create a life experience for it, similar to yours, by writing a script and expected answers of a person on the other end. Then you will configure the bot within the platform and partially write its code.

If you are not yet familiar, you will need to get to know what trunks, SIP telephony, integrations, and API are, and be able to configure and define them.

You will create complex technical connections so that the bot behaves correctly according to the task of your client. You will need to remove any obstacles in the bot's path.

The bot you created should sell, poll, notify, invite, interview, sign up for consultations like a person from flesh and blood, in any language.
