Необходимые навыки:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably technical positions);
- wide network in the local IT community (JavaScript, Php, Java, HR, Recruiters, PMs);
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- full lifecycle recruiting (leading candidates till successful position closing, keep in touch with potential candidates, following recruiting processes);
- excellent interview arrangement and feedback skills;
- team player and individual performer;
- Intermediate+ English.

Обязанности:
- the active and creative search for candidates through a personal network, job sites & online communities;
- building a good network and database of potential candidates;
- communicate effectively with HR team, ensuring any mutual objectives are achieved;
- arrange all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews);
- create and maintain recruiting documentation;
- create job descriptions for challenging projects;
- daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates;
- suggest and help to implement initiatives for effective employer branding;
- reporting on recruiting progress positions status.
