Graphic / Motion designer

Somplo is an Israeli / Ukrainian tech-based company, in digital advertising solutions for big agencies and international leading brands. 
We have Offices in Israel and in Odesa Ukraine, with a staff of around 40 employees (Tech, design, sales, marketing, operation, support and more).

NOT REMOTE/ONLY AT THE OFFICE

Responsibilities:
- Creating advertising banners to promote brands
- Developing graphic and video materials for the company's internal requirements
- Generating innovative ideas for advertising campaigns
- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques
- Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics 
- Creating custom animated effects over 3D renders 
- Plan, ideate, and execute projects in collaboration with a creative team
- Develop and translate concepts into effective visual designs for integrated marketing campaigns and rich media creatives

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in an in-house or agency setting
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, digital product branding, and motion graphics through a robust portfolio
- Strong grasp of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, applied effectively in design projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate level of English
- Good nature/sense of humor/positive attitude
