Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and planning activities regarding expected and current expenses, coordinate other departments accordingly;
• Analyse the deviations and initiate the corrective actions if needed;
• Control over CAPEX and OPEX costs;
• Coordinate the reduction of both fixed and variable costs, initiate actions to improve effectiveness;
• Ensure material flows are in accordance with the analysis of material consumption, initiate corrective actions if needed;
• Manage the process of monthly and yearly closings;
• Participate actively in internal and external audits;
• Take care about keeping corporate standards within business processes.

Key Requirements:

• High education in Economics / Finance or related studies;
• Minimum 5 years of Controlling experience in international company;
• MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must);
• Working experience in ERP system would be an advantage;
• A strong team player with the ambitions to grow and develop.

Required Languages:

• Ukrainian - native;
• English - fluent.
