The 'Electronic Health' provides digital transformation of the Ukrainian healthcare system.

The key task of the 'Electronic Health' is to build a stable, politically independent, safe electronic healthcare system to ensure the implementation of the law 'On the State Financial Guarantees of Public Healthcare', and to provide the healthcare system with the necessary IT tools.

The company is responsible for security and administration, data security, and the involvement of the private perspective Ukrainian IT sector.

Your role

• Ensure on-time delivery of new API endpoints
• Maintain and evolve existing API functionalities
• Deliver quality code in an efficient manner
• Take end-to-end ownership of our fleet of microservices
• Contribute to our infrastructure and automation tools
• Collaborate with fellow engineers, agile coaches and product owners

Requirements:

• More than 1 years of production experience with Elixir OR 2+ OTP projects in production;
• More than 2 years of experience with other backend technologies;
• Experience in building REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus);
• Experience in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB );
• Understanding of software development principles and design patterns;
• Ability to own a part of business logic and clarify the requirements with BA, team, and the client.
