• Responsible for organizing shipments of vivo smartphones, marketing materials, smartphones' spare parts from Hong Kong to Ukraine (air and sea shipments, FCA and FOB Incoterms).
• Prepare and check for mistakes all documents for clearance - invoices, packing list, sales offer, PO, certificate of origin, make translation of need documents, get from colleagues technical specs for equipment.
• Work with Broker Company. Discuss all details for each shipment. Prepare description of goods with detailed information of prices, weight, materials that it made from, where and how the goods is used, customs codes, names and material master codes.
• Organized transportation processes of delivering smartphones, parts, materials, correspondence to buyers, service center and supplied companies.
• Found and started to work with 3PL warehouses, Transportation Company.
• Made small database for accounting all goods after clearance (smartphones by IMEI numbers, numbers of invoices, AWB, customs declaration). Do all movements after some goods sold, sent, etc. Provide information about goods, which is in stock.
• Made some forms of reports and fill it every day with all expenses for customs clearance and transportation equipment and materials.
• Prepare request documents to warehouses and Transportation Company for transferring returning equipment and materials.
• Responsible for certification of equipment, which is going to be send to Ukraine in the future. Works with UDZR center and Kundiev Institute of Medicine. Certification in Ukraine made by European certificates, which provided by colleagues from China.

Warehousing and assets manager. Reporting to Russia CIS logistics manager, CEO of Intel Ukraine Microelectronics Ltd.

Set up and made all warehouses processes. Made inventory of fixed assets, samples, marketing materials and equipment to understand whole picture.

Made Excel databases for each section and input all information for stock, moving and returning assets.

I was responsible for sample management: physical distribution of samples to Ukraine IT companies, prepared documents of transfer, prolongation, returning, scrapping, donation of samples, fixed assets and marketing materials. Was financially responsible for the assets

I'd got new skills in working with customs clearance of assets (at the beginning it was translation of invoices, finding inside of Intel technical specs of equipment, started to discuss details of each shipment and documents with sender and brokers).

2006 was last year of Intel Development Forum (the biggest Intel event in the world) got place in Ukraine and I was responsible for all logistics for Ukraine. From the time I was responsible for logistics of all Intel Ukraine marketing and advertising events and shows.

Intel made inside tracking system. I was responsible for management of Ukraine part. Got access to SAP (tracked shipments to Ukraine)

I was engaged in process of accreditation of Intel. Customs House for Representative office had been changed many times.

I took a part of every month reconciliation with account department ("Deloitte and Touche" and later "PWC" account managers). I made quarterly inventory of all assets myself and yearly with representative person from E&Y and accounting manager of Intel.

Processes of assets management was audited by inside Intel audit department and two times by Tax Inspection of Ukraine.

Warehousing, assets and logistics manager. Reporting to Russia CIS logistics manager, Intel accounting manager and director of Intel Ukraine LLC.

Intel Ukraine Microelectronics Ltd and Intel Ukraine LLC moved three time from one office to another and I was responsible for all movements of Intel assets (packing, labeling, moving, unpacking, inventory). One of the offices was temporary, where it was need to organize right keeping of assets.

I had got responsibilities of account manager for companies, which provided logistics service to Intel: DHL Express, Nova Poshta, The Messenger.

I had made processes of scrapping and donation of equipment to non-profit organization by compliance of Intel. As a rule, scrapping and donation had been made quarterly or half yearly.

Was engaged in tender process and preparing of agreements with new providers of logistics service.

Took a lot of experience in customs clearance process - temporary import (standard and Carnet ATA), returning back or clearance to IM-40 regime, permanent import, getting samples for certification without customs clearance.

Took a part in certification process.

Provided reports of logistics and warehousing costs, optimization of the costs.

I was last person in Intel Ukraine office, who finished preparation for closing office: made last donations and scrapping of all fixed assets, samples, marketing equipment and materials; was representative person in providing of office to landlord.
