Requirements:
- At least 1 year of managing a team of 4+ people;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Flexible mindset, business goals orientation;
- Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations;
- At least 3 years of background working with Asterisk: Dial-Plan coding; AMI/ARI integration;
- Advanced knowledge of the SIP, RTP/SRTP, STUN, ICE, and WebRTC protocols;
- Understanding of the SIP protocol, purpose, and sequence of packets, and ability to debug it;
- Querying MySQL database;
- Good experience working with Linux systems (CentOS/Debian);
- Understanding of network features, such as NAT & Firewalls.
Will be plus:
?Experience with Bash/Python/PHP/Perl scripting;- Experience in creating reports for contact center analytics;
- Experience with Enterprise solutions for contact centers (UCCE/UCCX/Genesys etc.).
Responsibilities:?
- Development, support, and maintenance of the VoIP infrastructure;
- Planning and expansion of VoIP infrastructure;
- Ensuring stable operation of VoIP infrastructure and other systems(CRM, etc);
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of relevant projects;
- Leading and motivating VoIP team;
- Set and monitor the team’s goal;
- Removing impediments;
- Ensuring that the Team adheres to the company’s practices, rules, and procedures;
- Solution and prevention of malfunctions in IP telephony.
