Customer Support engineer

Freightender is a 7-year-old company based in Spain with IT and Support staff in Ukraine. Freightender is a fast-growing platform for logistics procurement via which we support our customers to source and procure freight in an easy highly automated way. We are now looking for a new colleague in the support department to manage incoming user questions and support the platform where needed. 

Day-to-day work tasks

• Monitoring user activity
• Respond to user inquiries via e-mail
• Help users to understand the system better
• Provide online training where needed
• Set up calls with users where needed
• Register system improvements
• Register discovered bugs
• Ensure user satisfaction with our services and platform

What we are looking for

• Positive mentality
• Minimal 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
• Affinity with IT systems
• Good understanding of Excel
• Analytical Mindset
• Fluency in English writing and understanding
• Customer-oriented approach
• Fluency in Ukrainian
