Head of Customer Support

US-based accounting company is looking for a customer support specialist with the ability to fill out legal documents and run a social media platform.

Requirements:

• Must be THE ONLY job
• Experience in customer support
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work evening shifts

 Professions:

- Documentation (respect, organization)

- Time-management (maintenance of graphs of work and viskonavtsiv)

- Virishennya of critical situations with patients (without looking)

 Obov'yazki:

- Administrative and Organizational Support (Database of Clients, Email, Communication/Listing with Clients)

• Conduct of business (zapovnennya ta vidpravlennya forma ta correspondence)

- Preparation and preparation of analytical, informational, advertising, documentary and other materials

- Staging and control of the video in the field of cinematography, with a graphic plan (control of terminiv)

- Maintenance of social merges (rils/posty) for the template of ABO control ix vikonannya.

Work hours : Monday - Friday (18:00 to 01:00 - Kiev time), 5 hours on weekends (free schedule) - 40hr/week total.

Salary:  Paid training (First month $600, second $700), third and up - $800. Ability to grow to $1200+/month.
