Billing Assistant Afterhrs

Duties:

• Money collections from the brokers.
• Working with factoring.
• Monday and Tuesday coverage of the logbooks. We will provide training.
• Load tracing.
• Company manager tasks.
  
  

Requirements:

• Any experience in USA trucking/logistics; or accounting.
• VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT MONEY.
• Punctuality, most of the tasks need to be done on time otherwise the company would loose the money;
• Stable internet connection;
• Basic communication skills;
• English C+; Fluent Ukrainian.

  We do provide training, training period is paid 50% from the agreed flat pay. If after training candidate won't continue with the company, training is not paid.
