Presale Engineer/Customer Support Engineer (Bentley-Trimble-AutoDesk)

SOFTPROM, an international distributor of IT solutions in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Presale Engineer/Customer Support Engineer to join the Bentley-Trimble-AutoDesk team.

Duties :

• Conducting presales engineering activities for customers on the software line Bentley Systems / Trimble SketchUp / AutoDesk / related BIM solutions;
• Implementation, integration, customization of software solutions and their services to customers; 
• Elimination of emerging problems / consultations on technical issues; 
• Conducting webinars / seminars / training for customers; 
• Participation in conferences / exhibitions; 
• Preparation of technical documentation / localization of vendor materials

Qualification :

• Previous experience in software solutions Bentley Systems/Trimble SketchUp/AutoDesk (experience as a designer / BIM specialist will be a significant advantage); 
• Presentation / webinar / public speaking skills; 
• Competently delivered speech; 
• Basics of system administration; 
• English language is not lower than Intermediate
