IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead teams of developers.

RONIS is a custom software development and design company located in Ukraine. With 20 years of experience, we provide consultation, strategy planning, IT landscape architecture, custom software architecture, and development, as well as integrations with existing systems. Focussed on e-Commerce, we are specialists in Magento. With over 120 employees, we are now concentrating on deep learning, AI, and big data and their importance in e-Commerce.

Responsibilities:

• handling client communication and helping the client to formalize requirements
• managing client expectations in terms of deliverables and timing
• managing the development process by working closely with the dev and QA teams
• delivering what has been promised on time and on quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master
• good level of written and spoken English
• strong understanding of Web technologies; technical background will be a plus
• understanding of project management methodologies used in iterative development environments
• general understanding of development technologies
• strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• ability for multitasking
• proactive attitude, self-motivated, stress resistance
• strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
