The core product is called SENET - a cloud-based solution management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1300+ gaming centers in over 57+ countries worldwide.

Our solution helps to automate the process, to simplify accounting for finances, to optimize staff time, to establish communication with customers and to increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

During the last few years, we have shown great successes moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and looking for a Copywriter to join our friendly team.

Tasks:

• writing technical documentation in Russian and English: patch notes, manuals, instructions, FAQ;
• moderation and administration of the help center;
• publishing and editing translations of articles in other languages;
• interaction with the development department on the preparation of documentation;
• taking an active part in the development of the strategic direction of the company.
  

Our candidate:

• fluent in RU / EN / UA (both spoken and written);
• skilled in writing texts and using text editors;
• experienced in interaction with developers;
• team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• high level of analytical perks.
