Requirements for position: Recruiter in Crewing Agency
- Higher education;
- Very good command of English (written and spoken);
- Confident PC & Internet user, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Confident user of Social Networks Apps;
- Crewing experience is necessary;
- Team player, Integrity; 100% follower of the company's Code of Ethics;
Duties:
- Work with seafarers recruiting, applications, performing interviews;
- Communication with seafarers & partners (also in English);
- Work with seafarers certificates (checking, encoding documents, getting verifications);
- Preparation of seafarers documents;
- Secretarial duties.
Work schedule: 8 working hours, Office hours from 9-00 to 18-00, Mon-Fri
