Lead Generation / Junior Sales Manager

We are Bato — a full-cycle web design and development agency, and we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team and help us to execute and develop our business development strategy for US and EU markets.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting research and identifying potential customers in various Internet channels (Linkedin, Upwork, Codeur, etc.). Including writing proposals, cover letters etc.
- Building professional networking and communicating with the leads and clients
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collecting and maintaining customer information in the CRM database (or appropriate documentation)
- Zoom/Meet calls, meetings, negotiations involving decision makers & technical experts

Main skills:

- Experience in IT and/or in Sales/Lead Generation
- Excellent verbal and written English (at least B1 level and practice experience).
- Independence and feeling of responsibility
- Time management skills, high level of self-organization
- Attention to details (written and spoken)
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow quickly
- Focus on results achievement
- French language will be a plus
