About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SMM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SMM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website and product pages. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, and analyzing data to optimize our campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Craft Compelling Content:

Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Create engaging and informative text, image, and video content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.

Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to enhance visual content.

Manage Social Media Presence:

Proactively manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Drive Engagement and Growth:

Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across social media channels.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to cross-promote content and amplify reach.

Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.

Leverage Paid Advertising:

Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) to create and optimize paid campaigns.

Effectively target relevant audiences, manage ad budgets, and track campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the IT industry.

Social Media Expertise:

Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

In-depth understanding of each platform's unique audience, best practices, and algorithms.

Skills and Attributes:

Content Creation and Copywriting:

Proficiency in tailoring engaging content for diverse platforms and target audiences.

Strong command of copywriting principles, including grammar, style, and tone.

Bonus points for familiarity with graphic design tools.

Analytics and Data Interpretation:

Ability to leverage social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.

Strategic Thinking and Planning:

Demonstrated capability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.

Collaborative mindset to seamlessly integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Data Interpretation:    

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to track and measure performance.

Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize social media strategies and campaigns

Creativity and Innovation:

Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to drive successful campaigns.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
